Refund and Returns Policy

We ship worldwide via Latvian Postal Service and shipping rates are calculated at checkout for selected countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will provide full shipping cost details. You may have to pay local import duties upon receipt of your order outside the EU.

Estimated delivery times are from 2 to 15 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over € 75.

We work to ensure a pleasant shopping experience and safe shipping service to our customers. Due to external force majeure factors deliveries can be delayed. How ever we will inform you about estimated delivery time and keep in touch about any possible changes.

The delivery times mentioned here are only estimates, and depend on the shipping location. Delivery times are counted from the day your order has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time, and we are not responsible for any delays. We aim to process your order within the present day if possible or the next working day, but during busy times order processing might take longer. Working days do not include the weekends (Sat and Sun) or any national holidays.

If for any reason you would like to return an item, this can be done by returning the unused item in original condition to us within 30 days of the original sale. All returned items must be unworn in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
